4-1-4: SIGNATURE AND DATE OF ISSUANCE REQUIRED:
   A.   Signature: Each license issued shall be signed by the mayor and countersigned by the city clerk under the seal of the city, and no license shall be valid until signed and countersigned. (1996 Code § 16-20)
   B.   Date Of Issuance: Each license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be dated the day of issuance thereof. (1996 Code § 16-21; amd. 2010 Code)
