5-3-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
INOPERABLE MOTOR VEHICLE: Any motor vehicle from which, for a period of seven (7) days, the engine, wheels or other parts have been removed, altered, damaged, or otherwise so treated that the vehicle is incapable of being driven under its own motor power. "Inoperable motor vehicle" shall not include a motor vehicle which has been rendered temporarily incapable of being driven under its own motor power in order to perform ordinary service or repair operations.
JUNK, TRASH AND REFUSE: Any and all waste matter, whether reusable or not, which is offensive to the public health and safety or to the aesthetics of the neighborhood, and is specifically intended to include, but not be limited to, worn out, wrecked or abandoned motor vehicles, trucks, tractors, machinery of any kind, or any parts thereof, old iceboxes, refrigerators and stoves.
MOTOR VEHICLE: Shall mean, but shall not be limited to, the following: motorcycles, passenger automobiles, trucks of all types, semitrailers and all other vehicles which are propelled other than by muscular power; however, this chapter shall not apply to any automobile dealer and the motor vehicles in and upon such dealer's business premises.
