12-3-7: PRESERVATION OF NATURAL AND HISTORIC FEATURES:
In the subdividing of any land within the city or within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the city limits, due regard shall be shown for all natural features, such as tree growth, watercourses, historic spots or similar conditions which, if preserved, will add attractiveness and value to the proposed development. (1996 Code § 26-59)
