A. Building lines shall be shown on all plats of lots within the city which are intended for residential use of any character and on commercial or industrial lots immediately adjoining residential areas.
B. Building lines on lots adjacent to primary streets shall not be less than the building and setback lines established by the applicable zoning regulations and any other ordinances approved by the city council.
C. Building lines for territory outside the incorporated limits, but within the one and one-half (11/2) mile jurisdiction of this title, shall conform to the provisions of the applicable city zoning ordinance. (1996 Code § 26-57; amd. 2010 Code)
