A. Building Permit: No building permit shall be issued by the building official for the construction of any building, structure or improvement to the land or any lot within a subdivision which has been approved for platting or replatting until there has been compliance with all requirements of this title including, but not limited to, furnishing all utilities to the lot. B. Occupancy Permit: No occupancy permit shall be granted by the building official for the use of any structure within a subdivision approved for platting or replatting until required utility facilities have been installed and made ready to service the property, and roadways providing access to the subject lot or lots have been constructed and have been accepted by the city, township, or county, where applicable.
