A. City Regulations:
1. Wherever any subdivision of land shall be laid out within the city or within contiguous territory and not more than one and one-half (11/2) miles beyond the corporate city limits, the subdivider or his agent shall submit both a preliminary plan and a final subdivision plat to the city. The plans and plats, proposed improvements and all procedures relating thereto shall, in all respects, be in full compliance with this title and the official comprehensive plan adopted by the city council on February 15, 2008.
2. All lands offered to the city for use as streets, alleys, parks and other public uses shall be referred to the planning and zoning board for review and recommendation before being accepted by the city council or by any other governing authority. B. County Regulations: Subdivisions of land lying outside of the corporate city limits and within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the city shall also be required to conform with the requirements of this title or the regulations of the county, whichever requirements are the more stringent.
