Such space as the city council, upon review of the recommendations of the planning and zoning board, shall deem to be adequate for employees, passengers, spectators, visitors and others
Banks, business or professional offices, or public administration buildings
1 space for each 300 square feet of floor area
Bowling alleys
4 spaces for each alley, plus 1 space for each 300 feet of floor area devoted to affiliated uses such as bars, restaurants and the like
Church, high school, college and university auditoriums
1 space for each 6 seats provided in said buildings or structures
Convention halls, dance halls, skating rinks, assembly halls, exhibition halls or other places of assembly
1 space for each 75 square feet of floor area
Establishments handling the sale or consumption on the premises of alcoholic beverages, food or refreshments
1 space for each 75 square feet of floor area
Fraternities, sororities and dormitories
1 space per sleeping room or unit, plus 1 additional space for housemother or manager and per employee per shift
Furniture and appliance stores, motor vehicle sales, wholesale stores, household equipment or furniture repair shops or machinery sales (individual stores or groups of stores in one building)
1 space for each 200 square feet of floor area
Hospitals
1 space for each 75 square feet of floor area
Hotels and motels
10 spaces, plus 1 per sleeping room, plus 1 per 100 square feet for supplementary facilities, including dining rooms, nightclub facilities, and meeting rooms
Manufactured housing or mobile home parks or recreational vehicle parks
2 spaces for each manufactured or mobile home or recreational vehicle space
Manufacturing and industrial uses, research and testing laboratories, laundry and dry cleaning plants, printing, binding, publishing and issuing of newspapers, periodicals, books and other reading matter, warehouses, assembly of materials and products and other similar uses
2 spaces per every one employee based on the maximum number of employees scheduled to work on any 1 shift
Medical or dental clinics
1 space per 200 square feet of floor area
Mortuaries or funeral parlors
20 spaces for each room used as a chapel or parlor, plus 1 space for each funeral vehicle maintained on the premises, plus 1 space for each family residing on the premises
One- and two-family dwellings
2 spaces for each family dwelling unit
Private clubs or lodges (without sleeping rooms)
1 space for each 75 square feet of floor area
Retail stores and service shops (individual or in groups) under 1 roof
1 space for each 200 square feet of retail floor area
Rooming and boarding houses
1 space per sleeping room or unit, plus 1 additional space for the owner or manager if residing on the premises
Sanatoriums, nursing homes, convalescent homes or homes for the aged
1 space for each 5 patient beds, plus 1 additional space for each staff or visiting doctor and each employee
Stadium sports arena, auditorium and gymnasium (other than incidental to a school)
1 space for each 4 seats
