A. Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
B. Nuisance Declared: Any mobile home which is found to be in violation of this chapter for a period of thirty (30) days shall be deemed a nuisance under title 5, chapter 1 of this code. Removal of any mobile home in violation of this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with title 5, chapter 1 of this code. (Ord. 1385, 10-29-2002)
