A. Individual Site: As to a mobile home on a lot outside a mobile home park, a mobile home must be placed on a lot at least fifty feet by one hundred feet (50' x 100') in dimension. All building setback lines must be maintained for mobile homes according to the regulations set forth for dwellings within the same residential zoning district.
B. Mobile Home Parks: In mobile home parks, the minimum site on which a mobile home may be located shall be as stated in title 11, chapter 6, article F of this code. (Ord. 1385, 10-29-2002; amd. 2010 Code)
