A. Enforcement Official: It shall be the duty of the building official to enforce the provisions of this chapter and other ordinances of the city relating to electrical wiring and apparatus in any building or structure in the city. (1996 Code § 10-2)
B. Entry Powers: The building official, in the discharge of his official duties and upon proper identification, shall have the authority to enter any building, structure or premises at any reasonable hour. (1996 Code § 10-3)
