10-3-2: DEFINITIONS:
   A.   Wherever the word "municipality" is used in the electrical code adopted in this chapter, it shall mean the city.
   B.   Wherever the term "corporation counsel" is used in the electrical code adopted in this chapter, it shall mean the attorney for the city. (1996 Code § 10-4)
