9-1-2: EXCAVATIONS FOR SERVICE LINES 1 :
The city may require, in the discretion of the city engineer, that certain water or sewer lines be installed only by boring underneath the city streets or alleys. All boring shall be done under the observation of city personnel. (1996 Code § 30-1; amd. 2010 Code)
