A. Hours Park Open: The Dolan Park shall be open between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. until the hour of nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. during Central Standard Time and from six o'clock (6:00) A.M. until the hour of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. during Central Daylight Saving Time, except on such evenings when ball games shall end later. In such event, the park shall close ten (10) minutes after the ball field lights are turned off. (1996 Code § 21-2; amd. 2010 Code)
B. Prohibitions After Hours:
1. No one shall be permitted upon the park grounds when the park is closed except authorized personnel.
2. There shall be no parking within the park after closing hours.
3. There shall be no loitering within the park after closing hours. (1996 Code § 21-2)
