8-2-4: NOTICE TO SUPERINTENDENT OF PERMIT ISSUANCE:
Upon the issuance of a permit required by this chapter, it shall be the duty of the person to whom the permit is granted to present the permit to the superintendent of streets and to notify him of the nature and character of the excavation proposed to be made and the time proposed for the making thereof. (1996 Code § 25-22)
