8-1-8: REMOVING GRADE OR CORNER STAKES PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to purposely change or remove any stake, post or stone placed or set to designate the corner or line of any lot or land, street or alley, or to show the grade of any street, alley or sidewalk. (1996 Code § 25-7)
