8-1-7: WATER DRAINAGE OVER SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer or permit the water falling or draining from any building owned by him or under his control to spread over the sidewalk in front of or adjacent to the premises. (1996 Code § 25-8)
