8-1-2: SIDEWALK REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT:
   A.   Application To Repair Or Replace: Any property owner whose sidewalk in front of his property needs repairing or replacing shall make written application therefor to the city clerk.
   B.   Inspection To Determine Necessity: Upon the filing of the application required by subsection A of this section, a city employee shall inspect the sidewalk and determine the need for repair or replacement. (1996 Code § 25-1)
   C.   Notice To Repair Or Replace: The property owner who filed the application for sidewalk repair or replacement pursuant to subsection A of this section shall be notified as to when his sidewalk is to be repaired or replaced. (1996 Code § 25-1; amd. 2010 Code)
   D.   City Provide Labor; Expenditure Restrictions: The city shall furnish the necessary labor to repair or replace a sidewalk; however, the expenditure of the city for labor in any one year cannot exceed the amount appropriated for said repair and replacement of sidewalks. (1996 Code § 25-1)
