7-2-1: TRAFFIC SIGN COMMITTEE; EXISTING SIGNS:
The commissioner of streets and public improvements, the chief of police and the superintendent of streets and public improvements shall be a committee of three (3) for the purpose of deciding and making all decisions in regard to placing traffic signs on alleys and streets in the city. All decisions on the placing of traffic signs made by the committee established in this section shall be subject only to the approval of a majority of the members of the city council. All traffic signs erected have been approved by the city council. (1996 Code § 18-29; amd. 2010 Code)
