A. Video gaming, as defined by the Illinois Video Gaming Act, 230 Illinois Compiled Statutes 40/1 et seq., is permitted in the City subject to the provisions of this chapter.
B. Video gaming is not permitted within the City except pursuant to the issuance of a Class J liquor license to the holder of a Class A, C, or D license as set forth in section 4-2-11 of this title, and pursuant to the issuance of a valid gaming terminal license as set forth in section 4-8-2 of this chapter.
