4-7-5: PENALTY:
The processing of each wild game carcass without the license referenced herein shall constitute a separate offense which shall subject the violator to a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each separate violation. (Ord. 1379, 9-27-2002; amd. 2010 Code)
