4-7-2: ENTRY POWERS OF ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS:
No person shall deny access to any authorized personnel of the city upon presentation of proper identification at any reasonable time to any part of the establishment for the purpose of making a determination whether said license is in place and whether there is compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 1379, 9-27-2002)
