Any individual, corporation, partnership or any other entity within the corporate limits of the city that engages in the business of cutting up or preparing in any way for human consumption wild game carcasses including, but not limited to, deer, whether for sale or for the benefit of a third party, shall have a type I license as defined in 225 Illinois Compiled Statutes 654/5.1.
