In addition to those provisions set forth in § 50.01 and 50.03, this chapter shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with provisions set forth in the unabridged form of the current Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act, 225 ILCS 225/, and Ill. Admin Code Tit. 77, Ch. I, Subch. R, pt. 905, Private Sewage Disposal, and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three copies of which shall be on file in the office of the County Clerk, which publication is incorporated herein and adopted by reference as part of this code of ordinances.
