The applicant for a permit required by section 15.12.060 of this chapter shall pay to the city clerk at the time of application, a permit fee for each permit issued, and an inspection fee in accordance with the schedule duly fixed and adopted by the commissioner of law enforcement of the state, which shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk.
