Curb lines within the territory shown in the map referred to in section 12.08.030 of this chapter shall be the distances from the property lines shown by such map, except that the curb lines on Avenue A and First Avenue from Cherry Street to Elm Street and on Lincoln Avenue from the south city limits to the north city limits shall be sixty feet (60') from curb to curb, being thirty feet (30') on each side of the centerline of the street.
