The grades and grade elevations of streets, avenues, sidewalks and alleys within the city, shown by map of L. C. Kelsey, civil engineer, entitled "Jerome, Idaho map showing established grades, 1918", on file in the office of the city clerk, are made the established grades and grade elevations of such streets, avenues, sidewalks and alleys, and such map is adopted as an authorized grade and grade elevation map of the city.
