Any and all attorneys fees and/or other costs expended by the County Health Department regarding the enforcement of this chapter, the collection of fees and/or fines relative thereto and/or conducting administrative hearings, in court or otherwise, against violators shall be collectible by the County Health Department in court, if necessary.
