§ 34.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Violations of § 34.01 of this chapter shall result in a fine as set by the Board and/or Council from time to time, and forfeiture of the firearm.
