§ 34.01  FIREARM POSSESSION IN COUNTY COURTHOUSE.
   (A)   Possession of a firearm on an individual’s person is expressly prohibited in the County Courthouse and the County Government Center.
   (B)   This section does not apply to federal, state or local law enforcement officers including but not limited to, the state police, County Sheriff’s Department, North Vernon City Police, probation officers, Federal Bureau of Investigators, conservation officers and any other federal agent.
