For the privilege of operating doll racks, knife racks, bingo stands, exhibitions or concessions of any kind, or the playing of music on the streets for money, the license fee shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day or two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year, except in conjunction with authorized festivals.
