3-2-5: MISREPRESENTATION:
It shall be unlawful for any person licensed under provisions of this chapter to make false or fraudulent claims concerning the quality of his goods, wares, merchandise or services while protected by a license issued hereunder. (1985 Code ch. 5 § 1-24)
