3-2-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
ITINERANT MERCHANT, PEDDLER: Any person, firm or agent who engages in a business or trade of a temporary or transient retail nature, or who conducts any game, show, exhibit or device of any nature in the city of Jay.
TEMPORARY: Any period of time to include one day or one year or portions thereof. (1985 Code ch. 5 § 1-23)
