1-1-4: ORDINANCES IN EFFECT IN OUTLYING TERRITORY:
The provisions of this code and all ordinances now in effect are hereby extended to all real property belonging to or under control of the city, or its legally constituted agencies outside the corporate limits of the city, and shall be in full effect therein, insofar as they are applicable. (1985 Code § 1-110)
