3-5-3: PENALTIES AND ENFORCEMENT:
Enforcement of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the Jay Code Officer. In addition, any official may enforce this chapter. (Ord. 332, 8-5-2019; amd. Ord. 360, - -2022)
