A. Certificate Required: No building hereafter erected, altered, or extended shall be used until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the building inspector/Code Officer, stating that the building or proposed use complies with the provisions of these regulations and the Building Code.
B. Fee: The application fee for a certificate of occupancy shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00).
C. Penalty: The penalty for use of a building or land without obtaining a certificate of occupancy is triple the cost of the required fee. (Ord. 329, 3-4-2019)
