7-2-5: COUNCIL AUTHORITY TO CONDEMN SIDEWALKS:
The city council may, at any time by resolution, condemn any portion of any defective sidewalk, when in its judgment it shall be deemed necessary, and provide for the construction of a new sidewalk in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (1985 Code ch. 19 § 2-16)
