7-2-3: SPECIFICATIONS FURNISHED BY SUPERINTENDENT:
In any and all cases where this chapter fails to provide proper specifications for a sidewalk, parking areas, curbing, and guttering, the street department superintendent shall furnish specifications which shall be approved by the mayor. (1985 Code ch. 19 § 2-15)
