7-2-1: ORDERING CONSTRUCTION; COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER:
Whenever the city council shall order any sidewalk to be constructed or repaired, the same shall be constructed or repaired in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (1985 Code ch. 19 § 2-11)
