6-1-9: TEMPORARY SIGNS:
The chief of police is hereby authorized to erect or install temporarily, during short periods of traffic congestion or abnormal traffic conditions, signs prohibiting or indicating required movements of traffic or prohibiting or indicating required parking of vehicles. (1985 Code ch. 20 § 2-5)
