10-7-12: EMERGENCY AND PROTECTIVE SHELTERS, HOMELESS CENTERS, RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTERS AND TRANSITIONAL LIVING CENTERS SPACING:
   A.   The supplemental use regulations of this section shall apply to all emergency and protective shelters, homeless centers, residential treatment centers and transitional living centers uses as set forth in Table 10-5-2 of this code.
   B.   To avoid over-concentration, all emergency and protective shelters, homeless centers, residential treatment centers and transitional living centers uses must be separated from one another by a minimum distance of two thousand six hundred forty feet (2,640'), as measured in a straight line from the nearest point on the lot line of the property occupied by one of these uses to the nearest point on a lot line of the other property occupied by one of the subject uses. The separation distance requirements of this subsection may be reduced if approved through the special exception approval process. (Ord. 380, 11-6-2023)
