The registration fees herein provided for shall be as follows:
A. Five dollars for each dog or cat which has been spayed or neutered;
B. Twenty dollars for each dog or cat that is not altered. They must posses a hobbyist, commercial establishment or a state breeder’s license or intact permit to purchase this registration;
C. All registrations shall be for the life of the animal; and
D. The owner must provide:
1. Proof of current rabies (either one-year vaccination or three-year vaccination);
2. Proof of animal being spayed or neutered; and
3. Picture of animal that they are registering. (Ord. 312, 1-4-2018)
