The confidential and privileged nature of the records file concerning the administration of the Hotel tax is legislatively recognized and declared and, in order to protect the same, the provisions of Title 68, Oklahoma Statutes, as amended, Section 205 of the State Sales Tax Code, and each subsection thereof and all amendments thereto, as hereby adopted by reference and made fully effective and applicable to the administration of this chapter as if here set forth.
