2-4-4: EXEMPTIONS:
The exemptions from excise tax enumerated in Title 68, Oklahoma Statutes, as amended, Section 1350 et. seq. (the “Oklahoma Sales Tax Code”) are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. To the extent any conflicts in connection with the permitted exemptions should arise under this chapter and the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code, the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code shall prevail.
