1-12-2: PROCESSING FEES FOR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS:
The processing of credit or debit card payments for fees and charges of the City shall require the payment by the person making the payment, in addition to the fees and charges assessed by the City, the processing fees incurred to the City for the use of a debit or credit card as the method of payment. (Ord. 357, 1-4-2021)
