4-2-9: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, by doing any act prohibited or declared to be unlawful thereby, or declared to be a nuisance or offense or misdemeanor thereby, or who fails to do any act required by any such provision, or who fails to do any act when such provision declares such failure to be unlawful or to be an offense or misdemeanor, or who violates any legal order or regulation made pursuant to this chapter, or who maintains any nuisance as defined in this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day upon which any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 248, 11-4-2002; amd. 2016 Code)
