§ 94.04 IMPROPER MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT PROHIBITED ON STREETS.
   No construction or farm machinery or equipment not suited for travel on paved streets shall be allowed on any city streets whatsoever. Where said machinery or equipment may have “street treads”, such treads shall be in proper condition so as not to cause damage to the surface of the streets.
