§ 94.02 TRIMMING TREES.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the owners or occupants of all property within the corporate limits of the city, whether such property be used for dwelling purposes or otherwise, to trim the trees and dispose of the trash as hereinafter provided.

   (B)   All trees within the corporate limits of the city standing or growing upon or along the streets, alleys, or sidewalks in the city whose limbs or branches are not of a sufficient height to allow ingress and egress shall be cut or trimmed at least once each year by the owner or occupant of the premises and the trash or rubbish from said trees shall be hauled away, burned, or disposed of by the owner or occupant of the real estate or premises. All trees shall be trimmed to a sufficient height so as not to interfere with the use of the streets, alleys, and sidewalks in the city.
