(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law or § 72.02, every person convicted of a violation of § 72.02 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $25 and court costs for each violation.
