§ 52.10 DAMAGING OR DEFACING SEWER WORKS PROPERTY.
   A person shall not maliciously, willfully, or recklessly break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the city sewerage system.
