(A) At the moment complete connection is made by the city of the new waterline and the city’s water supply, title, ownership, and complete control of the new waterline shall pass to the city; provided, however, that the city will not maintain the new waterline or any portion of it for a period of 365 days from the date of such connection.
(B) After 365 days from the date of such connection has elapsed, the city will, in addition to the title, ownership, and complete control acquired at the time of connection, also maintain the new waterline to the water meter only.
